All orders shall be shipped via UPS, DHL, DPEX or Fedex.

How long it takes to receive your ordered item?

2~5 days for the production and 3~8days for international shipping.

How to track your orders?

Once your order receive we will send an email for your reference. Once your ordered being shipped you will receive the second email with tracking NO. info.

Please allow 24~72 hours for the tracking information to show.

Cancellations Policy:

Because we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, our custom orders begin the production process immediately after they are ordered. Because of this, we can not allow any order cancellations on custom products. On any stock products and accessories, your order can be canceled any time prior to it being shipped. Return & Exchange

Before shipping, we will take photos of your ordered item and send you photos about the item appearance, packing etc. If any questions you can letting us know and we will try our best to do adjustment accordingly. Still after you receive the item and have questions about it you can:

2.Solve the problem

1)If the issue is we made some mistakes, we will get your order produced again and ship to you all on our costs within the delivery time we promised.

2)If damage happens during transportation, we will free change the break part for you and discuss with our logistics company for the issue.
